Hello Mr.Srikanth, I understand your concern about your baby's condition. Since how many days he is having the cough, cold and when did the vomiting start? For how long the baby is having these symptoms? Is it a dry or a productive cough? I would suggest you take the baby to a pediatrician as soon as possible. Because without examining the baby in person it's not a good option to give any medicine at this point. Because that can cause some unwanted issues making the situation worse for the baby, as the babies are very sensitive to anything as compared to adults. Also, the baby is vomiting whatever he is eating, so even if some oral medicine is given, chances of the baby vomiting that too are there. So, I would suggest you take the baby to a pediatrician and make sure he gets medical attention on time.
Maybe there is need of i.v.(intravenous) medicines for the vomiting that's making the baby not to eat or drink anything. Once the vomiting is controlled further management of a cough and cold can be done with oral medicines or i.v. if needed for now. So best option I can suggest you for now is visiting a doctor without making any delay. Hope this helps.
